As a Financial Assistant, you will be part of the Payables and Banking team which is a part of Stena Line Finance, a centralized function located in Gothenburg. In Payables and Banking, our team has the responsibility for the invoice to pay process.
In Payables, some of our responsibilities include scanning invoices, processing invoices in our workflow system Palette, having contact with our suppliers, reconciliation of supplier ledger and suspense accounts, and month-end closing.
In Banking, some of our responsibilities are bank reconciliations, internal and external payments, bank agreements, having contact with banks, KYC, netting, liquidity planning for the Stena Line Group, and change projects in the cash management area. We also have support from our robot Milton.

Who you are

Administrative tasks and numbers are in your comfort zone, but you would also like to work in various projects.
Qualifications:
• High School degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar
• Experience from similar tasks in a Finance Department
• Fluent in Swedish as well as English, written and spoken
• Knowledge in our ERP-system JDE and Cadency
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Bank Experience
