hela Sverige In this entry-level position you will be responsible for accounts payable and handle incoming invoices and payments to suppliers. You will also support the accounting function in daily tasks. You will be an internal touchpoint and work closely with other departments within Desenio with the aim of supporting them in questions that are related to invoices and payments. It is an exciting opportunity where you get to learn by doing and deepen your knowledge within the finance field. For the right person there will be opportunities to broaden your responsibilities on sight.
YOUR TEAM
You will be a part of our Finance department which today is a small team consisting of five members. They have a close collaboration and are continuously working on development initiatives to make our financial processes as smooth as possible.
You will report directly to our Accounting Manager. She is a curious and engaged leader who is driven by developing others. She will encourage you to try new methods and take initiatives for improvements, she will always be open for discussions and guidance.
A REGULAR DAY WILL INCLUDE
Be responsible for accounts payable, which means handling of incoming invoices and payments to suppliers.
Support internally by answering questions regarding invoices.
Reconciliation of bank accounts and incoming payments from payment providers
Daily administrative tasks within the accounting department.
Support Accountant and Accounting Manager in monthly closing activities.
WHAT WE THINK YOU HAVE
A can-do attitude with the willingness to develop yourself in the field of finance and work with administrative tasks.
Good excel skills and interest in developing them further.
Excellent level of English verbally and in writing.
IT'S A PLUS
If you have an educational background within finance.
If you previously have worked within finance in a similar role.

To be able to perform and enjoy this role, we believe that you are a fast learner, have an eye for details and an interest in learning more about financial matters. You are structured and maintain control of your workload while being aware of quality standards and accuracy. Furthermore, your ability to support colleagues and stakeholders in a service-minded way is next level.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Extent: This is a full-time permanent position with a start of a 6 months probation period.
Start date: By agreement, as soon as possible.
