We are now looking for a Financial Assistant to strengthen the Accounts Payable team and NENT group, here in our office in Stockholm.

The position
In this role, you will be part of a team who work in a process-oriented way within accounts payable in a company with lots of happenings.

As Financial Assistant, responsibilities include:

• quality checks and posting vendor invoices
• monthly close of AP (incl. accruals, reconciliations and analysis)
• managing payments of vendor invoices correct and on time
• short cash reporting including control of the currency balances
• ledger maintenance

The journey ahead
At NENT Group, you will join our function Shared Services Accounts Payable team consisting of 15 employees. You will join the team in a time where we high focus is on process improvements and where your own efforts will be important.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a person who is service minded and has a strong will and ambition to keep developing. Your drive and ability to take initiatives will be highly valued.

Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:

• 2-3 year previous experience of working with Accounts Payable (AP)
• experience from monthly closing and reconciliations for accounts and areas connected to AP (accruals, reconciliations, and analysis of costs).
• familiar with the law of accounting and tax regulations within the AP area.
• you have a solution oriented, curious, prestige-less and dedicated mindset
• you have the motivation to improve consisting processes and achieve targets
• strong English and Swedish skills, both spoken and written

Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:

• hold a relevant bachelor's degree within finance or similar
• experience in Dynamics365
• experience from forecast / shortcash process
