Our Finance department is growing and are now looking for the next team member to join the fantastic team! As a financial assistant at Climeon you will have various tasks that are important for the company's daily operation. The role includes current record of accounting, A/P and A/R, payments, reconciliations and other general administrative tasks such as sorting, scanning and archiving etc. You will also be responsible for Finance mailbox; including daily invoice handling and follow-up, and administration of customer invoices, both for Swedish and international customers.

Your task will include:

• Ensuring the daily mail is distributed properly internally
• Responsibility for scanning, inspecting/ensuring quality and assign to correct account of incoming supplier invoices
• Current recording of accounting
• Customer invoicing
• Follow-ups and payment reminders
• In- and outgoing payments
• Register fixed assets
• Support our purchasers in accounting related issues in regards to purchase orders
• Responsibility for the Finance mailbox as well as internal and external contact with other companies and suppliers
• Create structure and improve efficiency for processes

For this role we prefer someone who has experience from a similar role, but our main focus is your personality. As a person you pay attention to details and you are social, open and down to earth. You also have strong communicative skills and you take responsibility for your actions.
