Areas of responsibility:
Handling invoices and reimbursements
Basic accounting tasks
Setting up agreements and liaising with business partners for signatures
Managing the office
Maintaining filing systems
Providing basic technical and administrative support to the team
Required Qualifications:
Native or business proficiency in English and Swedish
Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite and Adobe suite

About the Global Challenges Foundation
Founded in 2012 by the Swedish financial analyst and author Laszlo Szombatfalvy, the Global Challenges Foundation (GCF) is based on the belief that global challenges require global solutions and that new forms of international cooperation are urgently needed in order to reduce the main global problems and risks that threaten humanity. To achieve this, the GCF works in two ways: by increasing decision-makers' and the public's knowledge and insight about these challenges; and by stimulating discussion and innovative thinking about global governance systems that would be able to manage the major global risks more effectively and equitably.
