THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The reporting and forecasting tasks are mainly related to management reporting in monthly closing, as well as forecasting and budgeting of our IT and Digital functions on a group level. In addition the position supports EnterCard 's ongoing Risk and Compliance program "GearUp" with reporting and forecasting.
The IT department and the Digital function is the backbone of EnterCard 's business operations, and hence the position plays an important part in securing a close follow-up of ongoing and planned investments and activities.
* Contribute to the month-end process and reporting of EnterCard 's IT and Digital departments, securing accurate accounting and management reporting of these departments.
* Contribute to forecasting of EnterCard 's IT and Digital departments, securing reliable and transparent forecasts for the units, in co-operation with IT/Digital management and project managers.
* Continuously work to improve existing processes within own responsibility
* Adhoc tasks, mainly related to forecasting and reporting, based on the functions business needs
IN ADDITION...
The Business Planning and Analysis (BP&A) team is responsible for EnterCard 's forecasting and reporting processes, decision support related to business cases and investments, as well as financial stress testing (capital adequacy assessment).
Due to parental leave, the BP&A team is looking to hire a temporary position as Financial analyst (Business controller) who will contribute to reporting and forecasting processes for selected functional units within EnterCard. The vacancy covers the period September 2018 to February 2019.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a person who are proactive with a strong drive and integrity as well as a sound judgment and with an ability to meet tight deadlines. You have an analytical mindset and leave no numbers behind. Since the position means some presentations you need strong communication skills and fluency in English, and preferably a Scandinavian language. You have a relevant education for the position, preferably a Master degree and 1-2 years relevant finance experience. The job includes many tasks in Excel so a solid ability is required as well as experience from information structuring.
