The team consist of Controllerhip and FP&A. The controllership team are responsible for the accounting; Accounting Mgr, Financial Accountant + 2 Contractors (Financial Assistant and Financial Accountant). The FP&A team are responsible for Planning and Analyzing: FP&A Analyst (with focus on the service business). Your main responsibilites will be:
Actively participate in monthly / quarterly financial close process for the EBM entity which includes journal entry postings, income statement and cash analysis as well as reporting requirements
Support with planning (3 year plan, budget, and forecasts) for the EBM segment.
Prepare planning files and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to set up budgets.

Support EBM management team
Able to get into details of financial transactions and support financial planning, analysis, and accounting teams with hands-on mentality.

To succeed in this role you have to have a strong ability to understand and capture business needs. You are analytical, ambitious
and have the ability to analyze and resolve problems. You also have;
A university degree in finance.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance.
Proficient in English and Swedish, verbal and written
Knowledge of accounting under US GAAP, IFRS and/or statutory accounting principles.
PC Proficiency. If you have experience working in Jeeves we see this as a merit.
