Corporate Analysis is a team within Group Control, responsible for the long term financial planning and financial analysis for the Vattenfall Group. We are involved in quantitative and qualitative financial analysis of profitability, credit rating and asset management including M&A situations. We also support Vattenfall Treasury in liquidity forecasting. We cooperate closely with M&A, Treasury, Business Groups and other teams in Vattenfall.
We are currently looking to fill the following position:
Financial analyst and modelling expert
We are looking for someone who will bring experienced and creative financial analysis and modelling skills to the table.
Main activities and tasks Short/medium/long-term financial forecasting for the Vattenfall Group including ad hoc scenario analysis Profitability analysis Investment capacity analysis Capital efficiency analysis Liquidity forecasting for Vattenfall Treasury Credit rating analysis Sensitivity analysis Consolidation and deconsolidation analysis of businesses and M&A
Qualifications 3-5 years experience from corporate finance, banking (credit analysis), controlling and/or similar Extensive financial modelling skills and experience Balance sheet, cash-flow and valuation analysis Knowledge of IFRS, group accounting and consolidation issues preferable Knowledge from credit rating analysis welcomed Ability to work under pressure to meet specific deadlines, in group and individually Good and logical presentation skills
You have a strong and genuine interest in corporate financial analysis and possess the ability to digest, interpret and model complex financial data. Team play, integrity and the ability to understand different priorities amongst the variety of business and financial considerations are of great importance. You are fluent in our corporate language, English.Location: The place of work for this position is at headquarters in Stockholm.
