Job Summary
In the role as Head of Planning you are responsible for the long term planning (0-12 months) within SA M-Commerce Software and Operations.
The role is accountable for overall organization sizing, budgeting and planning based on the long term input factors such as Product Roadmap, Statement of Direction
and long term Sales Planning. Sizing of Maintenance is also done in parallel with the long term planning function in collaboration with BU Global Services
Responsibilities & Tasks
Long term Planning of SW Ops. activities in the 0-12 months timeframe for all cost types (R&D, COS, ACOS)
