Role description
We are looking for a driven financial analyst with 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant area for the position. You will belong to the Industrial & Digital Solution division within AFRY, where you will be a part of an ambitious and driven team, and report directly to the VP & Head of Finance. You will be located at AFRY 's head office in Solna. The Industrial & Digital Solutions Division, a Nordic leader with a global reach. Turnover SEK 5.1 bn and 3 500 employees.
Work Assignments
As a Financial Analyst you are part of a high-performing Controlling team, where you will support the VP & Head of Finance in the daily work. It is therefore required that you are hands-on as a person, and have an ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new situations while performing these in a high-quality manner. You are expected to work independently with responsibility for your own tasks, but also support our senior leaders within the division, by compiling, analyzing and following up on financial information. This means working proactively with analyzes for monthly closing, financial planning, and strategy processes. In addition, there is an active M&A agenda and you will be expected to participate in due diligence team. The business is operating in a global environment with Sweden as a base. It is therefore important that you are effective in communicating in both English and Swedish. Experience from a working in an international environment is an advantage. Furthermore, the work takes place at a high pace with many contact areas and the right candidate thrives and is motivated in such an environment.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in an area that we see as relevant for the position. Furthermore, you have 2-3 years of work experience from roles such as controller, management consulting with a solid finance profile or similar. As a person you are analytical, outgoing, independent, and enterprising. You like to create structure in a dynamic and fastmoving environment and are not afraid to step up where needed. You are a person who is passionate about analysis work and reporting and does this in a non-prestigious way. You communicate in both Swedish and English and are a regular user of Excel and Power-Point.
