Whirlpool Nordic sell around 700 000 products each year and operates in the 4 Nordic countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland & Denmark. In Stockholm our regional HQ is located with all the central functions.
The Nordic Finance function consists of 3 parts; Business Analyst, Financial Analysts & Credit & Collection. We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Financial Analyst team.
As Financial Analyst you will mainly be working with:
• Maintenance and overseeing of financial ledgers and accounting processes
• Participation in monthly and annual close activities.
• Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports
• Key role in the annual close and audit processes
• Preparation and follow up of profit plan and forecasts for several Nordic markets
• Continuous financial controlling and ongoing business support (ad-hoc analyses across our different markets)
• Further develop internal control procedures and control mechanisms
• Cash flow forecast
• Overseeing the payroll process, including being first contact point for payroll supplier
• Management of VAT and tax returns in markets
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve quality and efficiency within the team.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
• Have a university degree within finance
• Have a couple of years experience as an financial analyst, auditor, controller, consultant or similar relevant experience
• Be familiar with MS Office and have strong skills in Excel
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and at least one Nordic language
• Previous experience of SAP is beneficial
• As a person you need to be a team player, service minded and motivated by working in a multicultural environment. We are looking for you who has a strong interest in working on continues development, not only for the organization but also for you in your profession
