BlueStep Finans AB is one of the largest originators of niche loans in Sweden and is a FI regulated credit market company. BlueStep is also one of the largest and fastest growing credit market companies in Sweden. The company currently has c. 85 employees in Stockholm, and a further 20 employees in the branch office in Oslo.

The Company is looking to strengthen its Treasury/Finance analytics team, which currently consists of five employees, all located in Stockholm.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 yrs experience working within the banking/financial services industry
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, macros, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables)
• Proven ability to quickly learn new data schemas and report development tools
• Ability to extract, report and analyze data in a timely manner
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and terminology
• Working knowledge of Business Objects and SQL is a plus
• Language skills: Swedish & English (Norwegian a plus)

The employment is full time and is located in Stockholm. The position is available immediately.
