Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking an Analyst to its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to be a key leader in understanding the profitability trends of some of our largest and most dynamic customers while coordinating with an international sales and operations team. You will have significant impact on revenue, margin and deal strategy for this customer group. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams and you will also negotiate directly with vendors on disputes as part of being responsible for part of our international invoice reconciliation.

Who?

We are seeking an analytical individual who understands the finance perspective in a organisation, is detail oriented and loves building advanced excel models. We seek someone who is fluent in both Swedish and English as you will be working on an international team where communication is key. The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a professional organization ideally with experience from working in high-growth company or division, working closely with cross-functional teams. Twilio is looking for someone with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree; preferably someone who is a Business, Economics, Math or Engineering undergrad major. But most importantly, the right candidate will be humble, flexible and willing to tackle the necessary hurdles to drive positive collaboration for meaningful business outcomes.

What?

As an Analyst on our FP&A team you will be the analytical force supporting Twilio's Super Network in managing a wide range of customers. You will on a daily basis track and forecast a number of our biggest and most dynamic customers, provide analysis around trends in customer and market behavior that will take our forecasting abilities to the next level. Engaging with a group of international and cross functional teams will be a natural part of your day to take actions on trends revealed and drive changes. Additionally you will be a leader in building metrics and reports for the sales team in order to drive increased profitability and predictability. Last but not least, another key function of this role is to develop and manage Twilio's international invoice reconciliation process where you will also be negotiating directly with vendors on disputes based on your findings.

Why?

The Finance team is central to Twilio's decision making process. We guide company investment decisions to maintain Twilio as the platform to fuel the future of communications. As we scale we need to expand and deepen our forecasting capabilities and we need an individual who is passionate about innovating the way we forecast our future growth.

Where?

This position will be stationed in our centrally located office at Södergatan 22 in Malmö. You will enjoy our office perks: food, snacks, video-games, ergonomic desks, bi-weekly All Hands and more. What you will also get to experience is a company that believes in small teams for maximum impact; seeks well-rounded talent to ensure a full perspective on our customers' experience, understands that this is a marathon, not a sprint; that continuously and purposefully builds an inclusive culture where everyone is able to do and be the best version of themselves.
