Right now we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be part of our Business Control and FP&A team.
Role and Responsibility of this position:
Ownership of working capital analysis and forecasting bringing visibility to WCM and cash flow throughout the organization
Ownership of HQ cost centers and being strong business partner
Full understanding and capability to complete month-end and forecasting financial analysis and reporting packages
Challenge description:
You need to move beyond compiling data and help tell the story behind the numbers
You should involve in the business while growing your leadership and interpersonal skills
You should be be an active business partner for supporting departments and local business controllers
You need to develop and drive improvements in working capital management and cash flow analysis\

Competence:
8+ years finance field with FP&A or Controlling
You have failed, overcame difficulties and learned from mistakes
You have experience from driving change in a global environment
You roll up your sleeves, work cross-functionally and collaborate with others
You can tell the story about the business activities and actions and how they result in the financial figures
