Then you might be the one we are looking for.
The IDG Europe 's Swedish office is looking for a new colleague.
The primary areas of responsibility are to take care of the day to day activities in the office; general administration, accounting, billing, stock and wages in cooperation with the head office in Canada.
Among other things, you will be responsible for the following:
• Process all incoming and outgoing invoices
• Review the upload of customer invoices and process it in the accounting system
• Assist in the billing process
• Prepare monthly financial reports and manage the accounts receivable
• Ship equipment to clients
• Manage the inventory
• Customer and vendor support with respect to finance related issues
• Support Swedish speaking customers with all kind of inquiries
• Ensure that VAT and other regulatory duties are handled according to laws and regulations
• Review and process employee 's expense reports according to Swedish rules and regulations
• Prepare and administrate salaries for Swedish employees
• Assist the Sweden office CEO
Din profil
Required qualifications are:
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance
• Payroll experience
• Financial accounting experience
• Excellent skills in excel
• Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English
