We are a VR and training company that develops new technologies which are used to train operators and improve production processes within the tunnel and mining industry. By implementing our smart VR-solutions, we can reduce the number of accidents and increase productivity at the sites we work at. We are located in Gothenburg, Sweden, but operate globally since we are a part of a division within the Sandvik Group. Together with Oddwork we are now looking for a driven Financial Administrator.
As Financial Administrator
As our Financial Administrator you will be based at our office in Gothenburg. In close collaboration with our CEO you will take over as the main contact for finance related topics towards the Sandvik Group. With the help of our external accounting firm you will manage billing, payroll and accounting as well as meet the month-/quarter-/year-end reporting requirements towards the Group. You will play an important role in driving the forecast process and help us make sure there are no gaps. At Edvirt you will be part of a high-paced and close-knit team, always open for improvements to our current way of working.

an organized person that enjoys numbers and the wonders of technology. As much as you like to dig into the details, you also have the ability to understand the business from a wider angle. Administration is one of your skills and you always make sure the books, documents, and numbers are well organized. We believe you are a driven, social, and flexible colleague, always curious to learn new things.
Our wishes:
• Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Work experience in finance
• Understanding of Swedish GAAP and IFRS
• Fluent in English
