BlueStep Finans AB is a credit market company specializing in deposits and lending to the public. The Company is Swedens largest non-conforming residential mortgage lender and one of the fastest growing credit market companies in Sweden. The Company currently employs around 120 people in Sweden and Norway. The Finance / Treasury department is located in Stockholm and currently consists of 12 employees, and is a dedicated team looking for an enthusiastic team player to play a key role in the financial department of the business. We are looking to strengthen our Finance team which is located in Stockholm.

Key responsibilities:
• Group accounting, close process, compliance, legal reporting and group reporting, tax, VAT
• Assist in reporting and analysis of monthly financial results, annual reporting and forecasts / budgets
• Consolidation and balance sheet reconciliation for assigned accounts
• Develop and improve reporting, supporting reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with general accounting and Group policies
• Ad - Hoc assignments and analysis of costs/earnings

Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience working within accounting and/or treasury
• Knowledge of investment accounting, preferably IFRS basis
• Experience in preparing annual/interim accounts
• Ability to work in a complex and a changing environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Language skills: Swedish & English
• A team player with good social skills

The employment is full time and is located in Stockholm. The position is available immediately.
