Your role
You will drive and develop common ways of working including relevant templates and tools for project follow-up together with representatives for our Business Areas. You will also be responsible for follow-up, analytics, suggest relevant KPI:s and suggestions for improvements in ongoing projects in Saab. You will assist in planning and performing reviews of Saabs largest projects and follow up and report to top management and Board.
Your profile
To be able to work independently in this role, we expect you to have a number of years of experience in the finance area, preferably in a leading finance role. You are used to support the business and management in several areas and willing to walk an extra mile to get things done. You are expected to be close to the business operations and understand the challenges we have in our business. We will also appreciate if You have experience in change leadership and are passionate in driving change projects.
Your work reflect a high sense of structure and quality. To be successful in the role we expect you to have good informal leadership and strong communication skills along with strong business acumen.
Required skills
* Bachelor of Finance or equivalent
* Experience in Business Control
* Good knowledge of Saab operations
* Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
* Strong business acumen
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
* Strong drive
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
We are a team within Group Finance; Corporate Control with the task to improve and strengthen Business Control within the Saab Group.
We work together in the team with clear responsibilities and mandate to make decisions within our own areas but as a team we discuss and take common decisions on questions that arise within our function. We drive several efficiency and renewal projects within Finance striving for a more common and efficient way of follow up our business.

Location can be discussed. Preferable Stockholm, Linköping or Gothenburg
