hela Sverige We are developing and now looking for a motivated colleague to support our Nordic finance organization. You will drive finance related projects and initiatives in the Nordic region in order to improve cost and process efficiency as well as support the Nordic performance controller with respect to monthly reporting and controlling.
You will be part of a group of four controllers who closely work with the Nordic CFO, the division controllers and the central departments.
The position will be located in Upplands-Väsby, but we will move our office to Arenastaden (Solna) in late 2017.
What are my responsibilities?
• Leads Nordic performance improvement projects from a commercial perspective together with functions, divisions and assigned countries.
• Takes over the project management role for designated projects (scope, definition of schedule, task split, and resource allocation).
• Supports the different project teams with transparency regarding financials.
• Constantly maintains and facilitates cooperation between involved stakeholders and drives the project towards completion together with the responsible department heads.
• Analyses finance and business related processes and looks for improvement potential.
• Supports Nordic performance controller with monthly reporting (to management and the Nordic organization) and assists in the preparation of business reviews with the divisions.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• 5-10 years of experience in controlling or related area within an international organization.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering (with controlling or management specialization) or other relevant business discipline.
• Ability and experience to lead complex projects with involvement of different stakeholders.
• Ability to present and defend business cases in a convincing manner.
• Highly proficient technical skills in MS Office (Advanced Excel required), knowledge of SAP and Esprit is an advantage.
• Highly developed communications skills including professional written and verbal communications skills in English is a requirement due to the international environment. The knowledge of the Swedish language is an advantage but not required.
As a person you are a strong problem solver with great analytical skills. Furthermore you have a quality mindset in combination with both strong driving and execution abilities. You are used to influence management teams to successfully complete your projects.
