All about the role:
Electrolux is committed to developing new and improved ways of offering our products and services, therefore we are looking for a person to join our mission to improve our product offerings that increase consumer engagement and drive profitable growth across all the business areas.
This role will be instrumental to define the Data &AI Product Domain as well as formulate and lead its strategy, mission, and vision, think creatively to deliver first class D&AI solutions that create rapid impact and are always linked to business value.
The Product Manager will provide leadership to a small to medium size product domain. Your goal is to own the domain product roadmap and bring product areas and teams (circles) together in a harmonious way and build the necessary Data & AI products.
You act as ambassador of D&AI and closely work with product and business domain heads to articulate analytics needs, identify opportunities for new analytics capabilities for optimizing consumer journey and business growth and chair the governance and prioritization mechanisms to ensure focus and optimal use of product resources.
You work in the Trio D&AI Leadership team, along with the Engineering Manager and Data Science Manager to align on Domain delivery needs and manage execution roadmaps.
What you'll do:
Focus on the STRATEGIC VISION of the domain (all products), including, long-term domain planning and all its products roadmap, and overall alignment with company goals. Their attention is on the big picture: ensuring the product fits customer needs and drives business outcomes
Own, develop and execute domain visions and proposals to the leadership team and wider organization - outlining how new business opportunities are expected to promote business growth and profitability in line with domain and business strategic goals.
Chair the governance, value-based prioritization & KPI steering mechanisms for the D&AI Domain to ensure focus and optimal use of product resources, at domain level, across all sub-domains. Prioritize products & features based on value, resource availability, and business needs.
Identify opportunities for using D&AI in solving business problems, articulate the problem.
Define User Persona and their Journey and create business case for future D&AI product.
Seek out external partnership opportunities for rapid customer and market share growth.
Take responsibility for communication with stakeholders on product status, performance metrics and alignment on future.
Responsible for securing funding and capacity planning, as well as proper cost management.
Act as ambassador for D&AI Product Organization and closely work with the other Product Managers to define and adopt Product Thinking operating model, including best practices and way-of-working.
Motivate, inspire, develop, and lead a small to large size and complexity team, building unique, market-leading, world-class products that delivers value and excellent experience to the customers or internal users.

You have experience in coordinating analytics and data science projects and teams. You have experience with Breaking down deliverables, planning releases, monitoring product performance.
Change ambassador - You embrace and promote change withing the organization and leverage your experience and insights to educate, inspire and motivate your colleagues.
Agile - You are familiar with working with agile & product teams, have a sense of urgency, analyzing and adapting to different situations, quickly understanding changes, and reacting confidently and decisively. Demonstrated ability to learn fast and a hunger for continual learning.
Translator - You can act as a bridge between business and technical teams, being the translator of business requirements into concrete analytical solutions.
Data Analytics - You have a background from Insurance, Airlines, Automotive, Telecomm, or pure data analytics industries.

Requirements:
5+ years of proven product management experience with data products and/or platforms e.g. product organization, startup, technology and/or consulting with a focus on product portfolio management.
Knowledge of Data Mesh principles
Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and relationship skills
Experienced in conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and analytics.
Thrive in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment and can meet deadlines under tight time constraints.
Demonstrated thought leadership and able to influence at all levels in the organization.
Experience with designing creative, quality products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology & data.
Ability to manage and prioritize dozens of requirements, deadlines, and products.
Experience in identifying business problems that can be solved via D&AI and build business cases
Deep Knowledge of Agile development processes in product organization
Forward-looking working style, ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment.
Strong stakeholder management experience
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.

You will be based in the HQ in Stockholm.
