hela Sverige We invite you to bring your business acumen and proactive approach into play as you support the management team in Ramboll Transport's division Road Survey Technology (RST) to reach their goals.
RST is an entrepreneurial part of Ramboll that focuses on Road Scanning but also data handling and analysis for big infrastructure clients. RST buys and leases vehicles that they rebuild for this purpose and develop and maintain software to perform the road scanning. RST operates primarily in Sweden but also internationally.
To succeed in this position, it is vital to reach acceptance from your stakeholders as an integral part of their business to play a key role in daily operations. A prerequisite for the role is therefore to understand and have experience from this type of business operations or similar.

You will join Business Finance
Business Finance delivers business controlling, project controlling and project portfolio support with 30 employees based in Stockholm. As our new Business controller, you will report to the Business Controlling Manager. Your workplace will be in Stockholm with occasional trips to Malmö.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Develop and implement a financial setup aligned to the business model in collaboration with the division leadership team and global stakeholders
Translate financial position into realistic forecasts and establishes actions and measurable targets to enhance financial return
Develop efficient financial processes and controls
Support management with risk-based assessments on key revenue and/or cost streams.
Coordinate and manage the monthly closing process for the business area, including budget and forecast follow up and management reporting
Contribute with financial expertise for large bids in division
Strategic and financial simulations in connection with major investment decisions

Experience from similar business operations
A Master or Bachelor's degree in business administration, or similar
You have minimum 5 years business controlling experience
Fluent in English and Swedish
