The purpose of the position is to support processes, establish methods and guidelines to increase internal efficiency and cost effectiveness. To interact with project leaders and line managers to coordinate needed info to be able to prepare all requested financial and resource related information.

* Maintain and develop effective communication with China organisations, finance department and our internal teams.
Required Key attributes of our next colleague
* Relevant education in business administration
* Experience from working in an global environment/organization
* Skilled in excel
* Preferable have previous work experience from administration and/or finance.
* Are fluent in written and oral English
* Good at keeping tight deadlines and managing priorities
* Customer focused, dealing efficiently and effectively with all internal and external contacts.
