Next to that our you will support our sales team with pricing proposals, dealing with procurement and vendors, our licensees and administer our team collaboration systems (Monday, Dropbox, MS 365, etc.).
As this is a new position, the selected candidate will be part of defining some of the responsibilities and scope of the role.
We are looking for an experienced person with:
• Financial control and project management skills & experience.
• Knowledge of managing the implementation of growth Plans, Goal setting and KPI's, tracking and monitoring.
• Experience with legal outsourcing especially for IP, trademark, procurement, and vendor contract issues.
• Flexibility to work across all time-zones globally
• Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting system will be a big advantage.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field
• Around 3- 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, numerate and analytical
• Ability to work effortlessly in English
