Finance Manager to Cetetherm Group
NIBE Group is acquiring the Heating and Cooling Systems business from Alfa Laval, currently part of the Greenhouse Division. We are searching for an experienced finance professional to drive the future financial plans of the business which will be branded Cetetherm. Cetetherm AB in Ronneby is the Swedish entity from where the main part of the Cetetherm group business will be conducted. The group has operations in France and Russia and together with Cetetherm AB they make up the Cetetherm group. The group employs about 60 people and has a turnover of about 30 MEUR, but with great ambitions to grow turnover and profitably according to NIBE Group's financial targets.
About the job
You will manage the finance function of Cetetherm AB which is partly outsourced to Alfa Laval during a transition period during which extensive collaborative work with Alfa Laval will be needed. You will need to work very hands on with operational/accounting tasks, IS/IT questions as well as strategic Business Controlling. You will be responsible for developing the future setup from both an ERP and General Ledger system, processes and people perspective.
The position is placed in Ronneby. As Group Finance Manager, you will be a key player safeguarding the future success of Cetetherm Group within NIBE. You will be part of the Cetetherm Management Team and you will report to the Managing Director of the Group. Your task is to contribute not only in financial, IS/IT and business controlling matters, but also in the strive towards the Cetetherm vision which can involve all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
• Manage and Develop Financial Control and reporting of Cetetherm AB which includes Accounting, cash /asset control, declarations, Annual report etc.
• Business & Financial Control of Cetetherm Group
• Manage and Develop IS/IT of Cetetherm AB - systems and processes
• Proactively manage business / commercial issues to support improved financial performance
• Ensure NIBE Group policies and procedures are in place together with applicable local policies to meet both statutory, group and internal requirements
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to Functional Managers and provide financial analysis and evaluation with recommendations
• Manage all financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes-regular and ad-hoc
• Preparation of monthly accounts, reports and analysis as well as reporting of Cetetherm AB to NIBE Group
• Contact with company Auditors
Who are you?
You have a university degree within the field of Finance and at least five years of experience from similar roles. We expect that you have worked in an international setting. Familiarity with international accounting standards is necessary. You should enable sound decision making through facts and both support and drive towards the company's objectives and vision. Documented business acumen and experience from working in a management team is meriting. It's also meriting if you speak French.
You are a team player, hardworking, committed and must be able to work under pressure. The job requires extensive contacts with many different stakeholders - you should find it easy to communicate and co-operate across functions, organizational levels as well as country borders. You are a self-starter and have good initiative to drive change.
You are experienced and interested in system solutions and good spoken and written in both Swedish and English is a given.
