About the position
As we expand continuously, we are now looking for a Finance Manager, fit for a great challenge and to grow together with us.
Are you all into facts and figures, modelling, accounting and business controlling, this could be your next step.
We believe you have a breadth of financial knowledge, are farsighted and proactive as well as meticulous and truly love to operate in Excel.
You are always tuned in with the organisation as we evolve, and while we expect you to be detail-oriented, we need you to be skilled in setting up easy to understand presentations as well.
You will join an exciting growth journey, be a part of and contribute to more efficient personal care, solar cells and batteries with a greener footprint through circular and environmentally friendly materials from the sea, made in Sweden!
Specific tasks as our Finance Manager
Some of your responsibilities will be:
• Financial modelling
• Grant-funded projects
• Reporting to owners
• Cash flow forecasts
• Easy-to-understand financial reports for board meetings
• Invoice handling
• Annual reports
You'll be based in Gothenburg and work closely with the management team and report to CEO. You will also be able to bounce your work with our current CFO who works on an hourly basis.
About you
• As the rest of us, you are a sustainability (and a financial) enthusiast that genuinely wants to contribute towards making industries more sustainable
• Preferably, you have experience/breadth knowledge from an accounting or auditor firm and wants to shift focus to a start-up/scale-up business
• You can also come from a financial position within process production as for example; specialty chemicals, nutrition/food industry, personal care, advanced materials etc
• You really enjoy working with hands-on-tasks and you flourish in Excel
• You have a mentality that is always ready to roll up your sleeves and enjoy helping out when and where needed
• You have a financial education and background and as we are a Swedish global company, this requires you to be fluent in both spoken and written English
