The Volvo Construction Equipment site for articulated haulers are located in Braås, in the southern part of Sweden. In Braås, articulated haulers are built from start to finish and this is also where the next-generation hauler models are developed. In Braås about 800 dedicated employees are occupied with for instance product-planning, product-development, purchasing, manufacturing and assembly, sales & marketing and customer support, all with one focus; to continue to be the world leading producer of articulated haulers
Position Summary
Volvo CE has during the last year been running an Accelerated Efficiency Program (ACE). ACE forms part of the corporate transformation that is accelerating the rate of change and driving profitable growth. ACE should be seen in the context of Lean Manufacturing under the Volvo Production System (VPS) where the Finance Manager has an important role in supporting this journey. Engagement is a key word in the team environment you will be working in, both in the Operations Management Team and in the Finance Team. In addition there's a close cooperation among the Swedish Operation Finance Teams in exchanging ideas, best practice etc.
As Finance Manager at Operations Braås you will be a partner in supporting the organization in the direction and decisions for the business. You proactively analyse and communicate opportunities and risks and support the organization by prioritizing among different activities. You will ensure that targets are tracked and backed up by tangible activities and identify deviations and communicate consequences.
You will be responsible to lead and develop a team of 3 co-workers and we also expect you to take on an active role in the Operations Management Team.

• Drive and secure the financial processes for Operations Braås,
• Drive initiatives to improve processes and way of working in relevant areas
• Contribute to and be an active member of the Operations Management Team

Required Competencies
• Minimum 5 years' experience from a manufacturing environment
• University degree within Finance
• A solid business understanding
• Proven leadership experience
• Knowledge/experience within Lean Manufacturing
• Extensive experience from Change Management is qualifying
• Proficient in English, spoken as well as written
