Act as a business partner to the marketing and sales. Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
Responsibility areas: Marketing and Sales Controlling ELSB, ELSP; Controlling of eMobility.
Your responsibilities
Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and vendors
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
Your background
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
2+ years of experience in finance, marketing, and sales
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with financial modeling and analysis
Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies and tactics
leadership and management skills
Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant Controllers, GBS and others to identify and discuss issues, and suggest improvements
