As a Finance Manager you’ll work with our BPO in Poland and India as well as with the senior management of your legal entities in Sweden.
Role description
Responsible for the financial reporting of three legal entities:
Monthly, quarterly (consolidated) and annual reporting to Group
Prepare the Statutory Accounts as well as any other related documents
External audit of our financial accounts
Respond to Swedish authorities on tax requests and inquiries
Overall responsible for the accounting of the legal entities, including ensuring appropriate and effective processes
Involved in the forecast and budget processes, including responsibility for FX and Cash Flow Management of your entities.
Part of the Nordic Finance Shared Services organization, including:
Responsibility for optimizing specific Nordic Finance/Accounting processes
Ensuring that Nordic finance processes are applied in Sweden across all accounting areas
Coordination with our Shared Service Centers in Krakow (Poland) and Calcutta (India)
Ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place for accounting
Responsible for driving ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
We’re looking for outstanding Finance experts with:
Minimum a Master’s degree in Accounting/Auditing or Tax
Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and tax, from audit or similar position in an international company
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Process optimization skills with a proof of successfully implemented process optimizations in the Accounting/Finance area
Proficient user of Office products, especially Excel
Excellent communications skills in both Swedish and English – able to communicate accounting and tax matters to senior management
Candidates who want to stand out would also be able to show us:
Know-how of Agresso and/or Oracle
French language skills
