Tasks:
Setting up all finance and controlling operations from scratch
Setting up legal business relationship between parent company in Dubai and Swedish Cost Centre
Setting up online accounting software XERO
Bank account opening
Secure loans to finance inventory and trade
Gathering non-financial, operating KPIs from Ops, IT and sales department to generate regular management reports
Payroll execution
Secure cash management including crypto-currency balances
Getting full oversight of all revenue and cost generating activities in the group
Setting up corporate governance
Developing a bonuses and benefits systems for all employees
Skills
Must have:
Can understand goals and work independently and self-motivated towards achievement
A Doer that is great in getting stuff done.
Attention to detail
Hard working and capable to work under pressure
Fluent in english
Excel skills: ninja-level
Good to have:
XERO accounting software, Wordpress, Google Analytics
Interest in startup environment and understanding of cryptocurrencies, ecommerce and international trade
Experience
Must have:
CPA
2-5 years work experience in Accounting
Good to have:
Work experience at one of the "big 4"
Work environment and activities
Location: Boden, Sweden
Work commitment: full-time or half-time
Travel requirements: at most once a year to parent company in Dubai
Work environment: English and German speaking management team
Performance expectations
Correct and timely generation of month-end financials and weekly operating KPIs
Compensation and benefits
Very competitive fixed salary, based on qualification
Team members can host bitcoin miners at cost level
