Our first aircraft is the ES-19, a nineteen-passenger airliner with an operating range of 400 km. The ES-19 is a fully electric aircraft, and our goal is to have the aircraft certified for commercial operation by 2026.
Your place of work will be at our main office and hangar facility, located at Säve Airport in Gothenburg, Sweden and parts of the work may be carried out remotely. Role overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the company's ongoing daily financial work, budget and reporting to management and the board. The role also includes handling of the payroll management system and supporting the business in financial matters. As the Finance Manager, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
As the Finance Manager, you enjoy working in a flexible environment with an open climate and you are happy to support your colleagues when needed. Further we see you being flexible and being able to handle a number of daily tasks within finance, parallel to each other. You are a down-to-earth, structured and responsible person.
Qualifications & Experience

University graduation in related field, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Minimum 4 years experience handling day-to-day Financial tasks such as:

Accounts receivables and accounts payables

Deposits and withdrawals
-
Invoicing, Accounting and book-keeping
-
Period-end closing, financial statements and annual report

Budgeting and follow-up

Reporting to management
-
Providing financial summaries for review meetings and department meetings

Contract management and other tasks of an administrative nature

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Swedish

Eagerness to work with others

Passion for aircraft and Heart's mission
The ideal candidate would have

The education and experience required for this position

A high level of integrity and discretion in all matters

Work experience in a start-up environment is a plus

The ability to handle all the accounting functions independently

The experience of payroll management
