Job description
Wilhelmsen Callenberg AB Sweden is seeking candidates to fill the positions of Finance Manager. As a key member of the team, The Finance Manager will ensure that the financial books as well as the financial structure is in line with local laws and regulations, with corporate financial policies and to continuously inform the organisation with respect to financial aspects, internal routines and regulations.
Main responsibilities
• monitor financial performances
• Good understanding of project accounting
• ensure proper organisational development with respect to financial issues
• keep financial structure in line with corporate guidelines
• maintain corporate relations with corporate financial organization
• manage and supervise all financial activities in the financial department, including receptionist activities
• conduct financial reporting
• ensure correct tax calculations
• initiate and follow up legal issues
• comply with local laws/regulations and with requirements from external parties
• identify and analyze deviations from budgets and forecasts
• prepare legal and statutory accounts according to local statutory laws and regulations
• HR and other administrative supervision activities
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
• Master/Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably within Business Administration or Finance.
• Management, and/or, extensive experience in the field.
• Sound knowledge of financial business related to international operations
• Broad knowledge and work experience within Human Resource Management.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of the Swedish and English language (spoken & written).
• Computer literate.
