As our new Finance Manager for our Snus factory Fiedler & Lundgren, your work will evolve around reporting, tax & excise, accounting and internal control. You will also be managing a team of three direct reports.
Your key accountabilities will be:
• All reporting, including actuals, KPIs and budget . Transfer pricing and product calculations . Taxes including income tax, VAT, excise, personnel tax and social fees, intrastat . Bonus calculations . Book keeping and the Annual report . Delegated authorities and intern control . Fixed assets register and CapEx . Payments, Liquidity/cash
You hold an MBA or similar and have minimum 10 years of experience from a similar role preferably within an international FMCG organization.
You are a passionate and structured person with a proactive attitude who is good at managing stakeholders. You work with flexibility and show resilience in a constantly changing business environment where you are able to prioritize and handle deadlines. As a leader you are respected and trustworthy and you are able to motivate your team.
Furthermore you: . Are analytic and respect the numbers . Have extensive experience in financial reporting within a group . Have expertise in law and regulations relating to accounting and taxation . Have experience in accounting, including external accounting and taxes . Are fluent in English and Swedish . Possess excellent skills in the office package, especially Excel. It will be considered an advantage if you have experience from a manufacturing company.
