hela Sverige As one of the Nordic Platform main functions, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and strategies for the business operating in the Nordic region. This role typically requires a combination of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and an understanding of the specific economic and regulatory environment in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden). Below is an overview of the key responsibilities and qualifications associated with the role:
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the Nordic platform, considering market trends, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal stakeholders and external entities, complying with local and international accounting standards.
Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks associated with operations in the Nordic region, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Tax Compliance: Stay informed about tax regulations and compliance requirements in the Nordic countries, and ensure the organization adheres to local tax laws.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations, legal, and sales, to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and strategies to optimize financial performance while maintaining operational efficiency.
Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team, contributing to decision-making processes and long-term planning.
Financial Governance: Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and integrity of financial data.
Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health and performance of the Nordic platform.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent may be beneficial.
Experience: Significant experience in financial management, preferably with exposure to the Nordic region. Experience in multinational companies is often preferred.
Local Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Nordic business environment, including regulatory frameworks, tax laws, and financial practices.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate diverse financial challenges in different Nordic countries.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
9. Ability to travel within the EU region and to China as needed.
10. English level minimum professional fluent, familiar with oriental culture and fluent Chinese is necessary.
