As Finance Manager you will lead, develop and manage our Finance, Controlling and IT activities together with a Team of 7 colleagues.
Within primary focus areas this role has the following key accountabilities:

Member of the company 's Management Team.
Manage the daily workflow in the finance department.
Lead the team and drive personal and professional development.
Performing monthly follow up of actuals, proactively act on incorrectness and comment on evolution and variation.
Lead the company budget and forecast process.
Make our analytics visible and understandable for the organization.
Manage and motivate the team as well as drive personal and professional development.
Contact with our central German functions
Foster a learning and sharing culture.
Drive simplification and harmonization.
What you need:
• High level of communication skills and good ability to build strong relations with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge status quo and to be able to involve your team in changes.
• Enthusiasm to drive and develop your colleagues.
• High level of problem solving
Preferred background:
Education with a relevant degree of minimum 180 credits of tertiary education
Minimum 5 years of experience from different aspects of business control
Fluent in English
Skills in Excel
