UPPDRAGSBESKRIVNING
Smith & Nephew plc?s Nordic organisation is looking for a Finance Manager to develop and support transactional Finance processes.
In the role as Finance Manager, you will lead local accounting team and have responsibility for interactions with the shared service centres. Key activities will include:
• monthly reporting for Sweden, Norway and Denmark
• close contact with divisional Commercial Controllers
• oversight of internal control
• assistance in accounting matters to the organization
• ownership of AR, AP, payroll and T&E
• statutory reporting and tax compliance
You will report to the Head of Financial Reporting and Controlling at Smith & Nephew Nordic.
This position is viewed as a developmental role for an aspirational, high achieving individual. We are looking for an MBA or equivalent, preferably with specialization in accounting. The individual will have had several years of relevant professional experience in auditing and / or or as an accounting manager / chief accountant. A good knowledge of English as the corporate language is essential. Experience of SAP in a manufacturing / distribution environment is an advantage.
