During our Finance Managers maternity leave we are currently looking for a (m/f) Finance Manager to cover for her, from 1st August 2013 until 1st September 2014.
Major responsibilities include:
You manage all the aspects of the finance & administration function for Nitto Scandinavia:
Financial reporting and controlling:
• Maintain and develop the procedures to ensure timely preparation of the financial and management reporting.
• Manage, improve and enhance efficiency of the management reporting.
• Prepare the Swedish annual accounts.
• Coordinate proper corporate governance procedures and internal control measures.
• Coordinate the payroll for the staff of Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
• Ad hoc participation in European wide projects encompassing financial management and IT-systems development.
Business Support:
• Support the sales team with proper financial analysis (sales, variances, pricing) and develop & maintain tools to evaluate their business successes.
• Credit management for the Scandinavian, Polish and British market.
Budgeting and forecasting process:
• Coordinate the preparation of annual and semi-annual budgets.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis.
• Control of the operational expenses
Tax, audit and legal planning:
• Liaison with tax consultants for enforcing tax compliance requirements and tax planning including corporate income tax, VAT, property taxes, etc.
• Co-operate with the legal counsel and external lawyers in view of legal compliance.
• Co-operate with external auditors.
Profile:
• You have a masters degree in Finance and/or Accounting and have ideally obtained a full professional accountancy qualification or equivalent by experience.
• SAP (ERP) system experience
• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in reporting in either a Big Five audit firm or within the finance department of an industrial service company.
• You have excellent technical accounting skills and knowledge.
• You are a self-starter, you have the ambition to grow into the position, have an analytical mind and you are hands-on.
• You are able to work independently.
• You are able to deliver an important contribution to the EMEA finance team and show enthusiasm, persuasion and determination.
• You are a communicative person and are fluent in Swedish and English.
