Publiceringsdatum2007-09-22ArbetsuppgifterThe Finance Manager is a member of Navtech?s Global Finance Team and reports directly to the Finance Director and Corporate Controller located in Canada.
As the senior financial leader in Sweden, you will provide leadership to Navtech?s finance group in Stockholm. Responsibilities include general accounting, month end reporting, financial analysis, corporate and management reporting, planning and budgeting, internal controls implementation and monitoring, cash flow management, taxation and compliance reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of Navtech?s future growth and directly contribute to enhancements in financial reporting, analysis, processes and controls within a global company. Although you will have the ability to manage and mould a very competent team under your direction, the position will require a hands-on approach and a willingness to dig into the details when necessary.
Erfarenhet• Professional accounting designation
• 10 years experience in finance and accounting, with significant managerial experience
• Experience with process and internal control documentation and implementation
• Excellent technical accounting proficiency
• Strong problem solving ability
• Excellent financial analysis skills
• Hands-on, yet capable of looking at the big picture
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; adaptable to all levels of the organization
• Proactive, confident self starter
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), Swedish and English
• Able to thrive in an organization undergoing significant growth and change
• Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Sound financial discipline
• Sound business judgement
