We are looking for a driven Finance Leader to our Finance Operations team in Uppsala. Are you a person who enjoy the mix of working both strategically as well as operationally, this could be the role for you. In this role you will lead and develop a team of two financial analysts responsible for our manufacturing organization. What you'll do
Partner with manufacturing and facility leadership teams to drive operating performance and act as finance champion for strategic initiatives within the manufacturing organization.
Own the processes for developing monthly estimates, operating forecasts and reviews,
Drive profitable growth by providing quality financial analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions.
Actively participate with the manufacturing management to improve productivity and inventory management.
Provide Finance leadership for strategic investments impacting the manufacturing unit, for ex. large Investment projects, insourcing opportunities, new products.
Develop and improve financial processes: Finance reporting tools, Management reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes, standard Production Cost set ups and analyses.
Effectively lead, coordinate and develop a team of two financial analysts.
Who you are
We are looking for a finance manager with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. You have several years of working experience from developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews in industrial companies. You have a good understanding and interest of manufacturing finance such as product costing, productivity etc.
You are fluent in Swedish and English and have strong excel skills and experience with financial systems and applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, OneStream, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.). Experience of working in a global matrix organization is desirable.
As a person you enjoy the mix of operate operationally and strategically. You have strong analytic skills and can clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change. You also have strong influencing skills across business functions and excellent communication skills with ability to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner. You are a problem-solver who seeks continuous improvements. Important is also that you act with integrity and instill trust in the organization. As a leader you have experience from developing team members and execution through others. You have a positive and prestigeless attitude and where building relations comes naturally.
