hela Sverige To our client, a Nordic asset management company in Stockholm, we are looking for a consultant with responsibility to work as part of the Swedish finance team, but with responsibility covering all units in Sweden, Norway and Finland. As a consultant for this assignment you need to be available week 32-49, ie 7th August to 8th of December and 6 hours a day.

Work description
The role includes the following responsibilities:
Performing and formalising controls through Key Surveillance Points (KSP) as defined by BNP Paribas Finance permanent control for all entities in Sweden, Norway and Finland. Below is high-level explanation of specific KSP's:
KSP - To control benefits, provisions, account justifications and fx revaluations
KSP - Bank reconciliation : Bank account control, reconciliations process , reporting and matching with procedures
KSP - Fees : AuM reconciliation, Fees process, compliance with BNP revenue sharing policy
KSP - Manual entries : Manual entries evidence check and process control, compliance with procedures
KSP - Sensitive accounts : sensitive account listing control, reconciliation check and process in place, compliance with procedure
KSP - Shareholder equity: Shareholders equity movement control, dividend process, local regulatory compliance
Qualifications
To succeed in this position you should have a degree in financial accounting and at least 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an audit firm. You have good excel skills, good accounting skills, experience from working with accounting systems, commitment to deadlines and you are good teamplayer. You are fluent in English (a must) and Swedish (added advantage).
