About the job:
The Graduate Entry Programme is a six month position for talented Graduates. You will be challenged and your potential will be stretched, allowing you to develop your career as an international business leader. When you are successful, it can lead to a permanent position.
Joining our finance team is the perfect chance to acquire a good understanding of the underlying mechanisms which enable our company to achieve operational efficiency. By specifically working in our Commercial Finance Department based in our Stockholm office, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to crucial business areas in two markets: Sweden and Norway.
What you will be doing?
You will get the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced and motivated individuals and develop your overall business awareness and leadership skills whilst being constantly supported and guided by your line manager.
You will be required to think on your feet, be flexible, hardworking and innovative. This experience will mould you into an ideal candidate within many finance roles.
Main Tasks:
• Supporting analysis on Pricing decision and Resource allocation
• Be actively involved in Marketing Investment budget management and reporting
• Supporting Trade profitability analysis and being a business partner to the Trade Marketing team
• Ad hoc Reporting and Analysis
Your Background:
You are a structured person with a proactive attitude and good communication skills. You work well both individually and in a team. You are motivated and driven.
In addition to this, you meet the below criteria:
Key requirements for this role:
• Bachelor or a master degree in Finance or Economics
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
• Swedish language is an advantage
• Great command of Microsoft package (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Very good numerical skills
• Maturity and pro-activity
• Innovative and commercial mind-set
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
