You will report to the Accounting Manager and be part of the Nordic Finance team which consists of 4 persons.
Main responsibilities and tasks will include:
• Monthly closing Norway/Finland
• Accounts reconciliations Nordic
• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing
• Credit controls
• Intercompany, cross charges
• Fixed assets
• Responsible SOX controls and compliance process, administration, control and analysis
• Setting up reports
• Order handling and administration of company cars
• Assisting the budget process
• Various monthly/yearly reports
• Supporting the team in various tasks, e.g. backup Sweden/Denmark during peaks and holidays
Candidate profile
The successful candidate has a few years experience in accounting and a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent. You are proficient in English, both oral and written. Strong Excel skills are required. Knowledge of JD Edwards and SOX/compliance is a merit.
You are a service minded and communicative team player that enjoys to interact. You are an analytical and structured person with a flair for details. Further you are ambitious and open minded and can easily adapt to changes.
