In your role as Finance Coordinator at Right & Brands you will work closely with the finance team but also with sales and clients. You will be reporting to the company's CFO.
Main tasks and responsibilities
• Customer registration based upon new signed contracts
• Client order creation
• Handle invoicing process towards clients
• Processing bank receipts by matching to open customer balances
• Be in charge of invoices past due and remind clients of outstanding payments
• Maintenance and assurance of correct data in business system
• Being the main contact person towards clients related to international tax form

Your qualifications
We believe that you who apply to this role have a few years' experience from working in a financial position. You have good understanding of accounting and taxes. You also have ha strong interest in systems since you will be in charge of Right & Brands business system and its replacement when it arrives early this summer. You are fluent in both Swedish and English - both verbally and in writing.
We are looking for a business-oriented person with good interpersonal skills. As a person we also hope you are flexible with a problem-solving mentality. If you on top of that are driven and with a strong adaptability, we believe you are the perfect match for Right & Brands.
