hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Afnord AB i Ospecificerad arbetsort Job description: the person shall act as "Local Authorization Expert" which means that the following task shall be covered: * Manage system authorization requests on behalf of business and secure user life cycle * communicate how the user role allocation process works * place orders for role allocations to users * secure approval for all user request that need an approval and by the right approver/approvers * secure Information Security controls => identifying potential Segregation of Duties risks * make sure that users who have ended their employment have an end date in all SAP systems * work proactive with checking users * prepare annual user review * support the organization with authorization competence. This is mainly about access to our clients SAP system. Triggers might be that new users need to be implemented, that employees are leaving and the respective users need to be terminated or that employees change their job and need different accesses. Required skills: Experience in Accounting and Controlling processes Experience in SAP authorizations Good in business English Education At least University/Collage Education Specialization: Business Administration Other personal characteristics beyond competences: Team player High sense of responsibility Ability to deliver high quality under high time pressure The person has to be thorough and a bit stress resistant as there are phases of high workload.
