Positioning: This position reports into the Nordic Finance Director
Role Purpose and Areas of Responsibility:
The Manager Business Services is an advisor to the business within the cluster and supports the Director Commercial and Director Operations of the clusters in making decisions by providing them actionable insights.
Different functional domain areas supported by the Manager Business Services include financial analysis, human resources for the cluster staff and transactional procurement.
The Manager Business Services understand the business of the cluster and knows the issues and challenges the Directors Operations and Commercial for the cluster and contributes to the performance of the cluster by providing analysis and insights from the different functional support teams.
Additionally, the Manager Business Services oversees the accounting & controls (including finance activities such as VAT, taxes and group and statutory month and year end closing) as well as the payroll and transactional HR services for the country.
About you:
(Technical) Capabilities:
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
• Working knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis
• Strong affinity with technology
• Quick adaptor to new technology tools and processes
• Proven track record of project management skills
• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, procurement, operational and H&S processes and procedures
• Knowledgeable in Swedish local Gaap and Swedish VAT & tax regulations
• Fluency in English and Swedish
