The Servitization group is a new strategic initiative at Axis. The group will be responsible for the Servitization roadmap, governance and strategy within Axis. The initial focus will be on subscription, hosted and financial services.
We are now looking for a Finance Business Partner (Business Controller) to support the newly formed Servitization group at Axis.
What will you do?
In this role, you will build up a monitoring infrastructure and routines for the ongoing measurement of all subscription service initiatives.
You will be responsible for financial and business controlling metrics for the Servitization organization. You will be preparing business cases, working on controlling tasks, including forecasting, monthly reporting and regular follow-up. You will be exposed to cross-functional work and projects on various levels.
In your role, you will be the driver in achieving consensus on objectives and performance indicators. You will be involved in developing a sales commission system to support the recurring revenue subscription business.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you, with an academic background from economics and business administration or finance, who has work experience from subscription models or Software as a Service (SaaS) business.
You have experience of accounting regulations and revenue recognition.
We believe your seniority reflects at least 8 years' working experience.
As a person you are service minded and data driven. You love Excel and Business Intelligence tools, and are familiar in using quantitative and qualitative approaches for your analyses.
You are creative and come up with new ideas, you dare to challenge, and you are a good communicator.
We believe that you are eager to constantly develop and improve, and you find it enhancing working in a fast-growing business, where systems and structure not always are following the pace of business, but where you have the opportunity to make an impact when creating the solutions.
