About the role
AstraZeneca isa global, science-led biopharmaceutical business, whose innovative medicines are used by millions of patients worldwide.
In this role you will be partnering with Business Units and Enabling Functions to analyze, report and follow up on performance and development. You will support business planning processes, monthly performance tracking, cost controlling and revenue analysis. Furthermore, you will support the business in order to maximise financial contribution and achieve business objectives. The role will also provide qualitative financial and commercial input to individual investment decisions, challenging key forecasting assumptions and delivering expert financial analysis of business place, performance, forecasts, key risks and sensitivities.
Who suits this role?
In order to be considered for this position we require you to have:
• B.Sc degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to perform in an team and dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
• Advanced skills in English
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience from working in a global organisation, or form working internationally, is desirable.
