We are looking for a well-experienced, communicative, and strategically minded Finance Business Partner to support our On-Trade (HORECA) function. As Finance Business Partner you will work closely with and influence the On-Trade senior management to drive business performance and ensure that financial decisions are made based on valuable and correct data and with high quality. You will be focusing on large scale and high impact commercial decisions and support effective financial planning within the area of On Trade Business within Carlsberg Sweden.
What you'll be doing
Share perspective and good practice to help deliver measurable improvements in the approach to business decision making, value for money return and risk management.
Provide objective financial advice and opinions that positively impact the future choices of the On-Trade business.
Identify and drive financial efficiency with On-Trade management, ensuring effective allocation of resources and commitment to a value-for-money approach.
Objectively challenge spend plans and take a proactive role in looking for opportunities to deliver services more efficiently and effectively.
Investigate opportunities and high-risk areas within the business.
Propose solutions and options to progress concerns to a satisfactory outcome.
Providing local coaching and training to improve financial confidence and competence within the On-Trade management team.
Provide forward looking insight and challenge and act as catalyst for business change.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a well-experienced business partner with former practise from FMCG, with great aptitude for stakeholder management and a strategic mindset. Within this position we require a minimal of five years ' experience from a similar role within finance or business development and a master's degree within the field of economics (or equivalent). To be successful in the position as Finance Business Partner you are well acquainted in a wide set of business analytical tools and system including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Power Bi, and SAP. The role requires fluent English in both written and spoken communication and preferably you also speak and write Swedish.
As a person you are very analytical and structured, and you have the ability to see the full picture as well as being able to focus on the details. You have previous experience of working closely with senior managers and customers in making business related analyses, not only as based on data but also based on the current business impacts, customer needs, trends and other business-related influences. You define yourself as a "true" business partner, meaning that you are service minded and have the ability to deliver models and analyses based on the receiver needs. As such you can deliver on both presenting the facts and by challenging with a "what if" structure for the internal stakeholder receivers to be informed and inspired by.
