hela Sverige We are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to work parttime (70%) at Sodexo.
Do you have a Bachelor 's degree in economics and at least two years experience as a Business Controller/Controller, this could be the assignment for you!
About the role
As a Finance Business Partner at Sodexo you will be responsible for supporting operations in economic issues and enabling performance through financial leadership, collaborative management, and financial business partnership. Your role will be critical in improving the financial performance of the organization. You will be working in an international environment, and therefore need to be fluent in both English and Swedish.
In your role as Finance Business Partner your main tasks will include:
* Challenge and encourage the business in order to improve financial performence
* Ensure quality assurance of monthly closing
* Act as the link between finance and operations
* Support operations during and between finance and operations
* Develop and optimize processes
* Conduct financial analyses
* Work proactively and drive projects in various forms forward
This is a consultant assignment for approximately 12 months with starting date as soon as possible. The assignment is set to 70%. The office is based in Lund.
About you
We are looking for someone who holds a university degree in economics and has at least two years of experience as a Business Controller/Controller. You have a strong interest in financial processes and are a proficient user of MS Office. If you also have experience working with SAP, this is a plus.
As a person, we see that you are communicative and enjoy creating and maintaining good relationships.
Furthermore, you are analytical and always prioritize the customer and the business.
Qualities we 're looking for in this role:
* Bachelor 's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* At least two years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English and Swedish
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
