• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business and ideally 5-7 years professional work experience working with diverse global and local teams. MBA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling techniques and analytical skills with advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Access, and Power Point) and the ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly. * Possess superior Excel skills including charting and ability to manipulate large volumes of data resulting from various sources into meaningful and dependable managerial information.
• Proven ability to: work with incomplete data under significant time pressure to meet deadlines, work well independently, maintain a high degree of confidentiality, and successfully manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously.
What we are looking for
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Finance Business Partner who will support the Connected Buildings Line of Business.
Responsibilities
• Monthly reporting of actual vs plan and supporting analysis of spend, which will be used to make recommendations to improve business profitability and financial processes.
• Manage CashOut to target. Review proposed spend, challenge and/or approve according to Delegation of Authority (DOA) using current workflow tools/systems. Maintain strong cost control processes and review.
