CBRE GWS Finland is looking for a Finance Business Controller with Commercial Focus. In this role you will be a partner to our operational organization and be responsible for different client accounts. As Finance Business Controller you are business driven, flexible, have strong partnership and analytical skills along with the ability to understand different Commercial Models and translate them to financial data. As personal treats you should be opened minded, structured and be a team player. This role will be reporting to the Finance Director for the region.

Main Responsibilities:
Hands on monthly closing activities where full understanding on the P&L and Balance sheet is required.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Follow up on client contracts and tight communication with Contract Managers and Contract Support.
Prepare accurate Contract reports in line with monthly company timetable including full Profit & Loss account with analysis and commentary, Balance Sheet extracts and reconciliations, detailed Project Profitability reporting, Profit & Loss forecasts, and annual plans.
Drive high quality financial / commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments on service lines.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems, identify opportunities to enhance system efficiencies
Continually review, maintain, and improve cash-flow, margins, and reporting. Develop targets and benchmarking processes to challenge the financial information.
Build strong relationships with peers, clients and extended teams.
Train managers in financial understanding
We are looking for you who is / has
Minimum 5 years experience within Finance Business Controlling.
University Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
Highly computer literate.
Experience from and enjoy working in a matrix environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
Verbal and written skills in Finish and/or Swedish is a plus.
Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on, pragmatic delivery.
Good knowledge on project management is a merit.
This is a full time, permanent position, location could be either Helsinki or Stockholm. Start date as soon as possible.
